There are NO hidden rank testing fees.  No contracts.  Just combat-proven, street usable, warrior training that will make you a better person and citizen.  The CBI system will help you, your child, or spouse, increase their personal discipline, physical fitness, and equip you to express yourself in more creative ways.

We believe that EVERY PERSON has the inherent right to self-defense.  And that every responsible person should know HOW to defend themselves and their loved ones from threats and attack.  That is why we teach ANCIENT TECHNIQUES IN MODERN WAYS. 

At CBI we are not interested in taking more fees for rank testing.  There are no traditional “martial arts” uniforms to buy.  Why?  Because if you need to use your self-defense training you will not be barefoot and dressed in a martial arts uniform.  That is why we train in street clothes, wearing shoes much of the time.

We teach Chris Bell’s proven SART system - Spontaneous Assault Response Tactics, a mix of ancient Japanese Karate and JiuJitsu, Filipino Knife systems, and Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kun Do.  For Chris Bell’s training history and accomplishments look here.

We offer children’s classes (8-15 years), adult classes, and sometimes some mid-day Executive and gender based classes (Men’s Warrior Training and Women’s Self Defense).  Since we have no contracts, you can pay month to month... all we ask is the first and last month’s payment up front.  Sign up today!
